Good Pent 4 Motherboard for OC

Hey Guys,

I was thinking on geting a new motherboard for my pent 4 2.4 533 FSB . I have the ECS P4VXASD2+ v5.O and it does not have any overclocking features. It also seems to run behind in performance too. If you guys no a good board for around $150.00 USD let me know.

Thanks

i have a Gigabyte SINXP1394 which i get up to 186fsb giving me 2.4 @ 3.34ghz. you might want to look into this board or opt for a canterwood.

Well for $150 USD, maybe look into some of the Soyo products. They just released a new Canterwood chiptset board (SY-P4I875P DRAGON 2). I've got a Soyo SY-P4S-645DX DRAGON Ultra, and it works great. Tons of overclocking features, set DDR, AGP, CPU voltages. and more. I believe all Soyo products are geared toward Overclocking. My board cost about $300 CDN, so that would probably be about $200 USD. A little over your price range but who know s, maybe check it out anyways. They have two versions of the canterwood board, Platnium and Black edition, the platinum is usally a liittle more expensive. Hope this is helpfull...

A KT400 with a Pentium4? That's new.

Canterwood is pretty expensive so...i'd opt for a 845PE Epox. They are very good overclockers and pretty cheap.
