You only gave it 2hrs, give peeps a chance to get to your post.
In response to your post I wouldn't count on that RAM to OC much. In my experience with Samsung RAM and a few reviews I've read on it, Samsung don't OC very well, on the other hand it is very stable.

always buy the best memory you can afford........ its a false economy, especially for overclocking.
http://www.overclockercafe.com/Articles/DDR400/
This memory comparison/review will be short and to the point like our last. Does it run and how well, at the three standard memory settings. These being 2.5-3-3 2T, 2-3-3 1T, and 2-2-2 1T. And of course, how high does it top out at these settings. From Corsair we have two 512 meg sticks of their XMS line. The first is some PC3200 they claim can hit 200MHz at CAS 2.5. The other from Corsair is the same but can supposedly hit 200MHz at CAS2. From XtremeDDR we have two sticks of their PC3200, one 512 and one 256 meg stick.

even if you find a review, I will telll you this.... each individual stick will have its own mind !!! So really, the only way you're gonna know your limit is to run it up. In my experience, if you get samsung chips on a samsung pcb then it does well with OCing. If you get sammy chips on other pcb, not so good with the OC. I have 2 sticks of pc2700 CTL that will do 2 2-6-2 1T command rate all day at 200 fsb
