Decent graphics card

Hey people

I've been looking for a new card for my computer for awhile, currently I'm using Nvidia GeForce FX5200. Anyone know any decent AGP graphics cards that work under 300W power supply and are still available in the market of gfx cards?

EDIT: About my motherboard, it's based on VIA's KT4 series. I've heard that Ati Radeon 9600 series don't work well or at all on it. Any confirmation to that?

know this thread is a little old, but still nice to respond. Especially since it's long overdue .

If you want to stick to an nVidia gfx card, go w/at least a 5700le or greater. Ya, it's not a "great" card, but it sure as hell is better than what you have . As for going w/ATI, if you want to give that a shot, check out a 9600pro or greater.

If funds allow it though, get an nVidia 6600GT, or a Radeon 9800pro or better.

BTW, welcome to DH. It's long overdue welcome I say .

how old is motherboard? do u have original agp? or agp 4x, 8x? that makes a big difference. on my old system i had the OG AGP and my 5500agp 4x/8x didnt really improve too much from the geforce2 crap card that came with it.
