Old PowerVR Tech running Doom3
I myself found it absalutely amazing to hear this... and although it's still being tweaked alot by a few dozen people and news coming from DEE.... some current screenshots are pushing average between 10-15 fps
but they expect to push more.... Looks like that old game Out of This World.
 It's crazy that they got it to run at all... impressive.

not to mention... running it as good as if not better then some of these "superior" geforce MX cards......

lol...
give it time.... like the voodoo 5's... at first they were doing everything to just get the game to fire up... then they tried everything so they weren't getting any warning/errors throughout the game (messesges)... then fix all corruptiong graphics.. then they started moving in quality support and speed.... oventually they were able to get solid 30fps and good quality.... the guys playing with the kyro 2 are making ground the same way...

not to bust yer bubble judas....but aren't these guys sorta reinventign the wheel?
how many people do you know trying to play doom 3 on, like, 7 year odl hardware? and yes, jsx has a point...that looks like UT99 in the good old software rendering mode  these guys should really spend mroe time working on GPU powered OSes...lol (if i can find the article i'll post it) |

that's not exactly the point.... orginally the voodoo 5500 running doom 3 looked precisely the same.... but hardware wise.. the kyro 2 should be able to push a better image quality... and i'm confident that they well...
i find it quite interesting to see what old hardware can do that new hardware is saposed to do flawlessly.... "saposedly" zero backwards capability YET there is if someone takes the time... btw.. the kyro 2 isn't 7 years old  it more like 3 or 4 year old tech...I'm pretty confident that they could get UT2004 quality out of it at a respectful FPS
