Neomagic 256ZX video playback problem

Hey I finally got my Thinkpad 600x and things are great for the most part.

I just have one problem. I try to run video files and it performs like a champ...until I make the thing go full screen. Then it does HORRIBLY. its SO CHOPPY even on the lowest quality videos. The thing is that when I expand the video player(be it the DVD player, Divx, or WMP) to take up the whole screen, it STILL runs like a champ. I'd rather use the fullscreen option because it uses less resources and usually gets better framerates(plus it gets rid of the taskbar while watching movies) anyone know how to fix this? PLEASEEEEE!!!

Matth will become famous soon enough
System Specs

Try Media Player Classic http://sourceforge.net/project/showf...ckage_id=84358
If it works, it'll work great, but a friend had driver issues with a neomagic, and the full screen mode consisted of a perfect full screen display, occluded by another window.

Try it, it might work on yours, and try tinkering with the display renderer
