This a good video card for VIDEO OUT? (not gaming here...)

[SIZE=x-small]I have this SiS315 card and it died on my when I was modding the HSF, cooling, etc. Yeah it should work... but why get this card?, despite its cheapness

I would stay away from anything with SiS on it!

My V8200 is great for TV out and My ATI Mobility Radeon M6 in the Laptop works great with tv out as well.
