But now a DVD writer is a commodity item – in fact you can buy a DVD writer for the price of a couple of DVD movies!
Despite the considerable drop in price, the speed of DVD writers hasn’t stopped moving forward, while the level of compatibility has also increased. Two of the drives on test here will burn DVD+R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD+R DL, DVD-R DL, CD-R/RW and DVD-RAM, while one will do all that AND burn LightScribe discs as well!
