Nero 7 review @ BIOS

Be nice if it could be downloaded from their website ... still lists the 26th as the "day".

I wonder how it stacks up against Easy Media Creator 8 ... I've heard some good things about that new release, though I've been a Nero user for a long time.

ive used nero for a while myself, but a 1.3gb install? Thats insane in my book. I know you can install only what you want, but I don't need anything crazy with a media center and blah blah blah. Its all bloat, all I need in the burning ROM from version 6.

Even with so many applications, they still lacks a cd archiver program which i think is essential especially if you burn lots of cds. i have to resort to using whereisit.

nero 7 [does] seem very cool

w/all the apps and the new interface and all. can't wait to install it on my own machine. but for the meantime nero 6 is doing me just perfectly fine

They keep moving the darn thing back. First it was to be available on their site on 10/24, then 10/26 ... now their site says 11/2.
