Manufacturers have started offering cases that are closer to works of art than the plain old beige boxes from years ago. Arctic Cooling has recently released a new case with a unique look and other features designed to allow the case to perform quietly and cool effectively. The unique qualities of Arctic Cooling's new Silentium T2 do not stop at the exterior, as it also has the power supply at the bottom front of the case, an aluminum hard drive enclosure, and drive bay rails, all of which help make this a totally tool-less case. The biggest question is whether this new case design can lower the noise, and at the same time help cool your computer.
