Default Post E-mail worm uses Sept. 11 lure

new e-mail worm has surfaced that uses the terror attacks of Sept. 11 to lure victims, antivirus groups say.
The worm has the subject line "All people" and appears to be from "main@world.com." It has an attachment titled "11September.exe." According to antivirus company McAfee.com, the worm starts a mass mailing to all people found in Microsoft's Windows and Outlook address books.

The worm is believed to have originated in Russia. But according to McAfee, the programming is buggy and it fails to work on many systems. The company classified the worm as a low-level threat.

IMO This is plain sick!!

something difrent but nice news:

Today a Greek court decided that the two internet cafe owners who had been arrested for letting ppl play Counter-Strike and chess on their machines are innocent. The court also said that the famous law banning all games (including computer games) which the accused had broken is unconstitutional. That means that the law is suspended until it gets a revision. Although this doesn't mean that all our troubles are over yet, it is definetely a good start.

You can find more information in the BBC article although reports indicate that the ban was never taken seriously anyway.
