Yahoo! co-founder flogs $245 million shares

YAHOO! INC. CO-FOUNDER Jerry Yang wants to flog more than 8 million shares in the company for a cool $245 million.

According to the Security and Exchange Commission the whole operation is being done entirely above board, with Yang transferring the shares into a blind trust. The trust, overseen by an independent money manager, can sell the shares at any time during the next year without consulting Yang.
