LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Shares of Yahoo Inc. <YHOO.O> rose to their highest level in nearly two-and-a-half years on Monday as analysts raised their earnings estimates in expectation of strong quarterly results in Yahoo's advertising and search businesses.
Yahoo shares were up nearly 2 percent on Monday, having risen more than 36 percent during the last quarter and more than doubled since the start of the year.
The company is due to report second-quarter results on Wednesday.
