Updating the Windows 7 Beta to RC Will Be Painful
Microsoft will soon (?) offer a release candidate (RC) version of Windows 7, and those are testing the product already will most likely want to move from the current beta version to the RC version. That said, it's not going to be easy.

Re: Updating the Windows 7 Beta to RC Will Be Painful
Painful, but not that painful. I mean, seeing the title, I thought it'd be worse. Though I'm not going to update the current install anyway, but install the RC from scratch on the new PC (not going to install the beta there).
