Re: Google Admits to Sidestepping App Store Rules

On BBC's Click, "the Woz" (Steve Wozniak, the other big name at Apple) seemed to be supportive of "hackers" finding ways to avoid the app store.

Howcome Apple are so out of touch?

If you have a Java phone, a Symbian phone, a Windows mobile phone, in fact, ANY smartphone other than the Iphone, then you do not need to go to some corporate dictator's "store" to load stuff on it.

Can you imagine the mire that Microsoft would be in if they had done this, so why should Apple be able to make the platform a closed shop?

lol because the lambs that are apple's iphone users accept the rounded corners and proddable screen [bigword]henceforth[/bigword] they accept the ridiculous prices in the store. And since they accept it apple rake in the funds
