Apple Opens First Store in China

Lines continue to circle city blocks in America as people line up to get iPhone 3Gs at Apple Stores around the country. Since Apple started opening dedicated retail stores in 2001, however, there have been none in China. That drought ended on Saturday as the first Chinese Apple retail store opened in Beijing’s Sanlitun Village.

Wonder how long it will take before PC vendors do the same?

Gateway did the store thing and look how that turned out lol.

I do have to say that the Apple store is a nice perk with apple computers, just kind of wish HP, Dell, Asus opened up some stores with good customer service and repair.

they probably have a bunch of chinese people in the back making iPods, who knows maybe people will get custom built ones and they might be real!
