California pols ask ISPs to block child porn

California's governor and attorney general are asking Internet service providers to help stop the dissemination of child pornography.

Makes me wonder how the governor knows where the child porn is :/

How would anyone know where the child porn is unless they are either interested in it in the first place or they just spy on every user all the time?

seriously though, my isp TWC has had free newsgroups with the subscription the entire 6+ years we had them, now they drop the entire service. Now i know i was lucky to have the servers available but my gripe lies with the total lack of info about this being past on to the customer, absolutley none, no phone call no mailing, i guess theres the folks who have the TWC RR page set to there home page from when the cable man set up there computer, prolly a news posting on the site for them to look at and say, "gee never heard of newgroups or news servers, dont bother me."

then they gotta dig the old child porn demon outa the closet with superhero arny gettin in on the action, WTF, get real.
