In Bangalore, India, a man was arrested and jailed for 50 days, because of incorrect information given by the ISP gave to the police. Lakshmana Kailash K. was arrested on Aug. 31st on suspicion of having posted insulting images of Chhatrapati Shivaji, the founder of the Maratha empire in western India in 1674, on the Google-owned social networking site Orkut.
