Old computers worth real money

There are few of us now that don't have several generations of computer equipment languishing in a garage or attic somewhere. But with a growing market for vintage kit, some enterprising collectors are making serious money out of it.

In the first purchase of his collection, Sellam Ismail loaded the trunk of his car with old computers he stumbled upon at a flea market for $5 apiece. Soon he had filled his three-car garage with what others would consider obsolete junk.

Years later, his collection of early computers, printers, and related parts is piled high across shelves and in chaotic heaps in a 4,500-square-foot warehouse near Silicon Valley. And it is worth real money.

I am still trying to find a seller for my x1800xt lol. I wish I still had my atari and amiga computers.

I was thinking about selling old vacuum cleaners but the market sucks.

I have an apple 2 e sitting around here that I still use every now and then to play classic lemmings

That and an original 1979 atari asteriods full size arcade machine
