Way back in the dark ages of Windows 98SE, I ran across a little program called WindowBlinds, and immediately fell in love. While rough around the edges, it allowed me, a graphics-handicapped hacker, to alter the look of Windows to an amazing degree. Over the years, Stardock as not only refined Windowblinds, but also developed a suite of applications called Object Desktop.
Let's take a look at the latest version of Stardock's application suite, Object Desktop 2007. Along the way, we'll see if Object Desktop 2007's beauty is more than “skin deep”.
