Judge tosses part of AMD suit against Intel
Source: News.com
________ A federal judge has dismissed a large portion of Advanced Micro Devices' antitrust lawsuit against Intel, saying that U.S. law does not cover many of AMD's claims. The decision by Judge Joseph Farnan of the U.S. District Court in Delaware follows several quarters in which AMD, the world's No. 2 maker of chips used in personal computers, had taken business from its larger rival. |

Intel does force its customers not to buy AMD (or at least put tons of leverage on them). I saw this happen when my friends company was dealing with them. Though it may be just be a representative, he does represent Intel. Thats why they hired him. I still will not buy Intel.
