I'm not too sure if Fileforum has done on of the blunders they make on the odd occasion (But this also appears on a few hosts from today).But they do say the release date is the 22nd of this month,also it's just a beta release.

I don't have any use to d/l this myself,hopefully some other member can confirm this or help you out more.
