Cool Software
I found two cool programs that emulate OS X's Expose feature, allowing you to quickly switch between all of your open windows, or hide them all at once with a few keystrokes.
I have mine set to replace the default windows Alt+tab setting, and with a screen hotspot in the top left. Its crazy how fast you can move around millions of windows once you get used to it!
The one I have is called TopDesk, http://www.otakusoftware.com/topdesk/ and I just recently bought a liscence for it.
The second is called Entbloess ( http://www.entbloess.com/), which I have used the trial for.
I prefer TopDesk of the two, but Entbloess has a few more options.
Here are some screens:

Well I have dual screens at home, but now I'm at school on a laptop (with small resolution, 1280x800). So i'm trying to make the most of it, having been used to my 1600x1200x85 at home

I had dual monitors and tried that prog out. IT dont work, but thats okay. On a single monitor its fine, save for one small thing.
It is pretty slow. Like I used it and it was kinda sluggish. My comps pretty fast too, sooo I dunno.

You have to mess with the settings a bit.
Using uncompressed images and live window updates speeds it up alot. Im running it flawlessly on a 1.73ghz centrino with a 6200 Go, so its just a matter of your settings.
And everything i've read says that it works on a dual screen setup, havent tried yet though.
