I got the firefly boxset for xmas, and we just got round to watching it this week.

so over a couple nights we've watched the whole thing, right up to the very last episode just a little while ago. and I should say just how much I've loved it, it's outstanding!

so anyway, we're about half way through the episode, when

BANG!!!

my god-damn fucking dvd player exploded!!!

and being some cheap piece of shit I picked up as a spare right before we moved, it had no release button for the drive.
I had to take the whole damn thing entirely to pieces to get the dvd out unharmed, by which time my gf has lost the will to live and gone to bed.
so I have to wait to tomorrow until I see the end

all I can say is that the sexy mechanic chick better be getting naked in the last 15 minutes, or I'm gonna be pissed.

I have seen this happen countless times...you may have to continue on your own using your own imagination....time to grab your own kit and go on a solo adventure mate....

Dude, Firefly was a TV series on Fox. She won't get naked. I got the series for Christmas. I haven't watched the last episode but so far I think it's a great series. I went out and bought Serenity to go along with it too.

forget firefly never watch it Go buy BG show first season and watch second one it's awesome so far I wish I can get first season on dvd but so much money for box sets errr.

starting to think I'm the cause of my own bad luck

6pm saturday (just late enough that we can't do anything about it). I discover that somebody has siphoned all the oil out of my tank, so we have no hot water or heating until wednesday

not only that, but nobody in firefly took there clothes off!!
(if you don't count the captain, and I coud've done without..)

still can't believe they didn't make more
