Anyone ever use a Visa gift card for Newegg purchases?
Going to pick up some memory and fans from them and a PSU from zipzoomfly tomorrow, Dont have a CC so i need to know if a visa gift card will work

I know a friend of mine used 1 of those because he didn't have a credit card to get a hotel room. So it might work but im not sure

The only thing that might be a problem is where they ask for the card holders name or the name on the card the gift cards dont have your name they only say simon gift card

umm well if you get a visa gift card or amex gift card you have to register your name, so yeah I'd say probably.
Plus the visa ones explicitly say that they can be used at online stores. |
