Greatest Singer of All time?
Since we got all those others goin why not the part of the band that actually makes the most difference. A Singer is what defines the genre of the Band, a crappy singer destroys it and a great one elevates it. This is not just for Classick Rock or blues and such, but keep in mind the singer probably should have some talent. I'll list mine shortly, still deciding.

hmm, I'm thinking we need a thread merge, like a music sticky or something. The whole offtopic is one big bloody billboard chart
Anyway, greatest singer...too many, I like ozzy, eddie vedder, robert plante, james hetfield and many many more.

So tough to distinguish an individual as it all goes down to an individuals taste of music. My honest opinion is the is no such thing as an all time Greatest singer as what i'd agree with is what another will disagree.
so for me
Freddie Mercury
Paul Rodgers
Annie Lenox
Kate Bush
David Bowie
Sting
Elton John

Sting was one of my personal favorites growing up, being one of the few 90 singers with talent : )
