How much difference is the in rules between uk & us ebay auctions...
Uk have to honour the bids,or it is a max of 3 non-payment warnings and the account is closed.. (something like that i think)
But anyway back to the article.....whos the idiot..the seller or the bidder.
I have seen somebody actually pay for a xbox package for £100....... when i say package that were literally what he got...the packaging on its own.
