hmmm, I ran into a similar problem a few years back with an old Dell system I had. Make sure both sticks are of the same format,
I seem too remember 1 was single sided, and one was double sided. And one was really expensive.
Also check your memory configuration, I would suggest the Samsung stick in slot 0, and your other in slot 1
One sure way to tell, try booting with one or the other.
If one of them doesnt allow your system to start, then its a compatability problem

Sometimes a motherboard just doesn't like having two brands of RAM mixed together. Not a very logical statement, but it's true. There is a possibility, however, that one of your RAM sticks is simply bad. Try them individually first.

Right, thats what I meant, a bad stick wouldnt allow the Puter to start.
Sorry, just too busy, incompatablitity, would require both installed
Actually Ive run into manufacturers conflicts as well.
As well as speed, a slower stick sometimes causes problems if installed in slot 0 before faster stick.
I think as JavaFox and I suggested, try them one at a time

Thanks for the info , Ihave tried both and the samsung won't work properly in slot 1 by itself, but the nanya will on the other hand, the samsung won't work in slot 2 with the nanya in slot 1 but with the nanya in slot 1 and samsung in slot 3 everything is fine, except for the bandwidth which no matterwhat I do can't get above 1950 mb/s wich should be alot higher with pc 2700 DDR shouldn't it?
