i wouldn't class myself as a Gorillaz fan but its a pretty good album, it takes a couple of listens to get into it and it sounds awesome in the car after a hard day at work.

ahhh...well, a sort of concept group I think, they had a famous video on the tele for some time, and now they have cartoon characters that sort of act like Flash musicians.....cant find any other way to explain it.
Its okay I guess...but then I am getting old...I just bought the latest Mahogany Rush Live album with Frank Marino, awesome and damn find guitar playing...so the Gorillaz would not be my first choice..LOL

clint eastwood is all that I need The rest of their songs seem like filler compared to it.

Didn't like it as much as previous stuff, but there are a couple tracks I dug.
The ones that were at least OK for me: Kids with guns, O green world, White Light, Fire coming out..., Don't get lost in heaven.
Overall, not bad. Worth a buy if you're really a fan, but maybe not if you aren't.

Having listened to it a few times, I think overall the album is good. It could have been better, but there are some weaker songs on it. Some mentioned by Vampy above. From what I read Dan The Automator is gone on this album (for those who don't know who he is he was the producer on the self titled album).
