Maybe I am a special case. Out here in the third world everything comes later and is more expensive - the 9700 bba is 470$+19%VAT - but the most annoying thing is to listen to you people talking about watercooling and vapochill and peltiers.
I think exotic hardware is a great gift for anyone, even if you can find it in the shop next door - maybe you never thought of trying...

A GeForceFX would be nice. Or maybe a Matrox Parhelia.

Man, I would rather keep my Ti4200 than that Parhelia. I hear enough bad things about it. Granted some of it is rumor, but I hear little good about. I am not saying it is a bad card. I'm just saying that there isn't enough good to it that I would want.

Yeah, what about a contest where the winner gets to keep his/her old hardware?

What prizes in the future? Something like this, cool, if someone does not want the prize, for example Parhelia, then just do not participate - simple as that.
Wish I'll be a winner one day

I would like one of those as well, although there are many home players out there that will play SVCD
I hate that format, AVI, well lets just say I have many screeners.
What I would like is the reissue of the 1952 Fender Telecaster, and the reissue of the 1965 Fender Twin Reverb. for me
But for Puter, a new Nvidia card, or at best a G4,
Something that will allow me to set up a server for Battlefield 1942, my card is blacklisted, any tips on making a G2 work with there new engine, are welcome.
Sound Blaster Audigy Platium would be a great gift for any member, we use it exclusively for recording, nice card
