after i graduated last year, i decided to take a 1 year vacation and now i sit on the comp all day and eat junk food and do almost no physical activity. ive lost about 15-20lbs, gained muscle, and im faster now by doing absolutly no work. i have no idea how the hell this worked out and my family is stumped too since i actually look much thiner around the gut. compared to what i had when i was in school to now, its almost gone.

Hahaha - too right.

That seems to have happened to one of my buddies. He lost his "puppy fat" when he left school. Recently thought he's been gaining it again and doesn't know why - no change in diet there.

It was 10 years ago we all left school. Looks like it catches up with most folks.
