In true ATi patriotism, Ruby showed Nalu that just because she was rendered by a card that had pixel shader 3.0 enabled, that didn't mean that she would be able to do anything more than flop around like a dead fish once out of water and the safety of her habitat. My sincere condolences to go to Nalu's family, but Ruby didn't seem to hold back and that left her with a score of 470-81.

Edit: Sorry about that, I meant to say "patriotism", the correct term there however would have been patronism.

mm Chief has futuristic weapons, cool (but slightly gay) green suit. Homer is virtually indestructible with the funniest voice ever, so I think chief might fall over himself laughing while homer kicked his ass.

Both participants fought hard (with Homer not even intending to do so ofcourse  ) and both contenders got sweaty, Homer was sent to heaven about 672 times in total, but each time he kept coming back, until the Master Chief just couldn't take it anymore and self-destructed, Predator-style, leaving both contendors with formidable scores, but one however still way ahead of the other.
So ladies and gentleman, with a score of 1205-750, winning by an overwhelming margin and retaining the tile it seems, I would like to announce our winner who has managed to, as well, secure the highest score of the season, please give it up for Mr. Homer Simpson!!!!!

Well, the next season of VERSUS! to be called "VERSUS II!" should begin in a week to about a few weeks, as soon as the contendors of that next one are figured out with you guys help.
I haven't checked the thread yet to see if CDsDontBurn took up the offer to host the next games coz I'm not gonna be around next few days.
We'll see how it goes I guess. So far it's lookin' real slow.
