after seeing the 20/20 video they had on Kid Hercules, i wasnt all that impressed.
the kid was benching something like 3x his body weight when he was only 9, he was benching something like 200lbs... was freakin insane.
none the less, cool video.

some people are just built to either lift or push thier own body weight without a problem serveral hundred times in a row without tiring. Other just can't do that, but they can do other things with ease that the others can't without a problem.
He's got some serious amount of skills doing that. But for me, at the end with the pushups... for me they aren't hard to do. Course the hardest part is balance.
So many people can't lift your own body weight reguardless of how much they may train. Why i can't say. But i've never had a problem.
I however can't do alot of things though

I can bench 50 pounds over my body weight, do one arm pushups with ease, but doing that stuff has a flexibility and muscle control I doubt I'll ever have lol

practice...
Theres alot of things i didn't think i could do, that i can do now.... course rotting in the city really degrades everything.
