I Need Car Advice
Hey, guys, listen, I'm going to buy a car soon and I need some advice about which to go with. I'm not a big car enthusiast or anything, but I would like something that's fast and powerful. I don't have that much money but I will spend what it takes to get a good automobile. I just need your opinions.
Now, I know everybody has their predispositions about car manufacturers so I'm just going to refer to the two models as the "Phoenix" and the "Raven" -- just to keep you guys objective.
Okay, the Phoenix is a pretty nice car. It goes from 0-60 in 3.5 seconds, and is 255HP. And it's an efficient car, at that -- 38 miles to the gallon. The thing is, the manufacturer doesn't have that much of a reputation... a lot of people don't even know about this company. However, I know a lot of people that have owned Phoenixes, and nobody has had anything bad to say about the cars. In fact, I've owned some of the older Phoenixes and I never had a problem. And a lot of the parts are interchangable with older Phoenixes! The car is $40,000.
The Raven is also a pretty nice car. It goes from 0-60 in 3.2 seconds, and is 275HP. It's not a very fuel-efficient car, though; it only gets 20 miles to the gallon. Although I've never owned one, the manufacturer is trusted by everyone -- even though they've put out some pretty bad cars in the past. It's got some advanced features, though. For example, if you push the engine too hard, it will automatically slow itself down to cool off. I test drove it and --sure enough!-- when I hit 140MPH, the car started slowing down all by itself. Soon I was crusin' at 60MPH. Neat, huh? This model has parts that are specific to it -- so I can't ever change out my engine or tires without getting a new Raven. It costs $85,000.
I'm really torn -- which should I go with, guys?

Yep, cars like that are made for speed and excitement, not counting the pennies every time you fill it up.

Phoenix is my personal favourite. You can't beat the price/speed ratio and dont forget about its compatibility!
The Raven is just too expensive and not worth the trouble. It is rated at a faster speed, but it just isnt worth the extra money. I dont want to keep buying new engines and frames for this thing.
Through this analysis, I would definately go with the Phoenix

Try the McLaren F1 . As of November 20, 2002, it's STILL the fastest production automobile in the world.

Well I guess you need to learn more about cars.....2002 Bugatti 16/4 Veyron would hold this new record of 406 kph / 252.3 mph. And a 0-60 in 3.0 seconds...Thanks...Oh and, lets look at this:
You cannot define a car as fast....You have to explain...Fastest top end.....the Buggati.....fastest 0-60, Ligenfelder Covette Twin Turbo.....1/4 mile...i dunno.....but see? You have to define yourselves.

Lamboghini Murcielgo
I can't remember offhand, but I believe that the Lamborghini Murcielgo has a higher top end speed than the McLaren....oh and all you "car people think you know it alls" it's actually the McLaren F1 LM that holds the record...the car models are different... Well neverthelss, I think that the Lambo also tops the McLaren...Since I'm on 56k I can't afford to wait like 5 minutes to wait for the pages to load...I need sleep...
