an rx-8 under 20k, is used and has a crap load of miles on it already. And i didn't pay for the car cash, i financed it for the next 5yrs. So i'm paying off 25k + interest over a period of 5yrs (notice sarcassm here).

Wow man, that sounded like a bargin.
CDs, those night pics look hectic!
Esp. the one that displays the dials...at night.
LOL, a friend of mine just got a very-many-hand Mitsubishi FTO yesterday...with twin turbos, though a friend of mine reckons they're probably small, like C1s or something like that, but the thing looks wicked!!
And the weird thing is that this is the same guy who got ripped off in the morning when buying a new laptop (it was an HP) and now he wants to put flamethrowers on the car and get a new BMW gear box (manual one coz the one that came with it was an automatic), it's a 1998 model I think and it was between that one and an '88 Nissan Fairlady 240Z that he said he did 0-100 KPH in just 11 seconds with!
But it too had an automatic gearbox on it, and he had to make a quick decision as there was another buyer who was already getting ready to pop out for it (the FTO), but still, even if it looks pretty bad, it doesen't beat the best FTO I know in town that's been tuned by a tuning company called "Rizaa" and has one big ass spoiler and turbo not to mention some nice big ass break pads (which it actually needs) and mags which are actually one of the rare types you get to unlock later on in NFS:UG, like the Lexani's and stuff!
And the funny thing is he told me he "didn't think he was gonna get it" just the same morning!

Pac-man, that car is GORGEOUS! I am extremely jealous. The steering wheel looks like a work of art!

@ PJ......I've never actually had a digital readout before. I've always wanted one, and i find them to be alot more accurate than rotating pins .
glad you like gemini . I'm working hard to keep her in good shape. Imna wash her tonight as soon as it cools down some. Black cars spot easily when being washed under the sun.

yeah I know. I use to help my neighbor wax his car(i liked the conversation. hes a really awesome dude that is very wise. helps me with life problems alot) and it was a really nice black volvo(i swear to god that thing pushed 160 but steered like a tank) unfortunately it spotted really easily. If you can stand the smell and the slight dizyness, clean with alcohol. It wont spot as much.
edit: MAKE SURE ITS WAXXED! Oh yeah and on second thought, ask around to see if its okay on a mazda. I dunno what kind of paint they use.

My friend does a four step hand wax. Does a really good job too . He has offered to do it for me, but i'm going to wait until the i get the dealer to have my car detailed. They didn't do it the day i bought my car because it was raining and gave me an I.O.U. on the detail.

Never tried that. Don't think i will tho unless that's all i have to wash my car with. I use Mguiar's hand car wash soap. Works really well too. I don't think i'll ever use anything else.
