So I can't open a second instance of Internet Explorer unless I hit "Open in another window"....Everytime I click on the system tray shortcut it opens IE very quickly and then closes it....all in the blink of an eye....I can't get any success from running the program directly from program files.....this is so incredibly annoying......You would never understand until it happens to you....well there aren't any setting in IE that say anything about multiple instances.......It just won't allow me to open a default IE window.....so fÜcking annoying.
Can anyone help?
