Oh man, you can't be serious that you would even believe this?!?!? Everything they do contradicts what should be done to a disc. They do the opposite...This would fuck up your drive, putting a disc on a magnet....DUH! That's gonna wipe the disc clean...

Anyway, you'll only need to do this only if you play too much Quake - if you suck, then of course you need defragging from time to time.
