How to add screenshots to a Thread?

Hello,
I do not understand how I can add a screenshot to a topic or thread.
Where can I find guidelines?

first you must save the image you wish to add to the topic/thread. then you must go to a website that will support image hosting. I prefer ImageShack. Very simple and easy to use. Once the image has been uploaded to their servers, just simply copy and paste the image name (from "[img] image name and all that other text they put in [/img]").

Simply as mentined above. but i use www.ripway.com 5mb free.but the link above will be the best offer if you don't need to host larger files.
