I'm a moderator, i'm in no way a Senior on this website (or i feel myself)..

If your really interested, i can only try my best to explain my own throughts on the matter. We have to consider that there are plenty of young and old people on here, a range of ages, religions, politically correctedness..... you name it, i'm sure they are either view, or occasionally posting. We've over 50,000 registered members that do not post at all, but view regularly. We have to TRY to make everyone happy, and if TRYING to keep curseing/swearing down helps, i'm all for it. WE all know that there simply isn't any way to completely Prevent it... someone is going to swear. However, we can all usually agree that some words are allowable, as long as they work with the current situation. I mean, just saying a swear every other word is utterly rediculous. Swearing for no reason at all is also. I personally have no problem with the "everyday" words that some children say. It's the ones that majority of people don't like... or would never allow thier own child to hear.
I could go on for ages on the subject..... but.... how would that be random?  |
