It was your linked tutorials that got me started (and earned you +rep). It's not easy to put the letters containing photos on to a background containing another photo. Most of the tutorials are for the standard photoshop but I only have Photoshop Essentials.

I can't connect to google.com or google.co.uk. Tried both FF and IE with no joy. Every other bloody site works.

Edit: and their ping is giving failing with a time out

Nope. It was me I think. I made some changes earlier to my network config as I bought some new stuff and I was denying access to google. I just changed some settings again and everything back to normal (hopefully)

there is something unique in the design of this Asus EAH4870x2 in which a standard HD4870x2 or alternative won't fit... (i've come across this on other forums where the users of such cards couldn't get a alternative cooling to fit on it)
