the old thread was deleted by Zardon i beleive (or another admin at the time) due to see if it was the cause of the errors everyone was randomly getting and getting worse... the reason for deleteing was the suspicion that having a thread with so many posts was possibly causing the meltdown.... It was deleted, and the problem persisted.

The cause of the issue was actually sevear packetloss, the server connection that everything was setup on had a bad cable resulting in the packetloss and a considerable number of people being unable to connect.... it was oventually resolved after zardon had to tear a few strips off the personel that was being paid to manage the connections and whatnot, they had claimed it was nothing on thier end when it was found out to actually be at thier end. After that, everything was great again but we were without the thread that has JUST his over 10,000 posts.

This is why technically we are sitting at over 22,000 posts in the randomness.... this is meerly part 2 of the first part that is gone.
