I've got too much time to kill. I got bored so I removed all the flooring in the living room, kitchen and hallway and made level. Now I have to figure out what to do with it and I'm thinking of ceramic floor tiles for a nice clean look. Never tiled anyhting before so I'll have to research a bit if I am to make it look good. Is there any preperation needed? How difficult is it? I'll be laying it down straight on top of bare concrete surface.

I've got the paint, tiles, blinds & curtains. Cost me about £600. Ouch. All because I was bored and stripped the flooring off to pass the time and now I have to decorate. **sigh** I'm like a bloody woman

I don't generally like comedies. I mostly prefer movies where people are cut, shot, blown up, pushing/using drugs, kidnapping one another and generally behaving in a diabolical and abhorent manner.
