So I had a interesting night....
To start off I go in and help my uncle with his cars, and now other people's. So I was going in to help him with a rear end and of course on my way over my battery light comes on... I was like ok that's odd since I was thinking there was something going on since it was getting a little bit harder to start. So I go in and ask what could be wrong and I pull it inside and we take a look.
We test the battery and sure enough it is fine. So next part Alternator and yes that was giving off 0 volts or close to it.
So I head off to my local Checker Dealer that is 5 seconds away from the shop and buy one. It was only $150 so it was not a big deal. So I take it back and install it and OF COURSE it was only giving off like 12.5 and needs to be 14+... So we were both like FUCK THIS. And head back to see if they have another one in stock. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW OF COURSE NOT.
So I head off to another one about 15min drive or about a 30min round trip to one that did.
So by the time I get back and install it I wasted so much time. The whole reason why I went there was to help him and not for us to work on my damn car lol.
So I bought him dinner and did not pay myself for the night and only put him a little behind. At least it is fixed and was able to help him. for a while afterward.
Fuck quality control lol. If it was right the first time it would have been so nice and easy, but that's life I guess nothing is easy the first time around.

no ps3 for me. i ran out to a walmart 30 mins from here to pick up the msg4 bundle since they had 3 in stock. when i got there i found out they had 3 on hand, but couldnt sell any of them. all 3 were crushed under a highlow during unloading, and never taken out of their system, so they all showed to be in stock still. and today was the last day of the 100 dollar gift card promo, so... fuck.

There was no other Wal-Marts close to you?
I have at least 3 within a half hour of my house.
That sucks that you could not cash in on the deal. Guess you should go out and buy a 360!
CD's and Me will crush you in COD4 lol

It's a shame MS Ditched cross-platform support or i would've played some CoD4 foo'z on the 360 and wtfpwned em lol.
I would like a PS3 but all my friends have 360s and i'd love to kick back and wtfpwn em at Halo sometime.

this was the only walmart that had the bundles in stock. and i really dont want a 360, seeing as it doesnt have MGS, FF, or GT.

I loved my PS2 to bits and i was really looking forward to the PS3 but sony made a big mistake in the implemention of the Cell CPU, since nobody on god's green earth has the slightest clue how to develop for it, and even less so how to use it efficiently. Yes you get better frames in CoD4 on a PS3 than on a 360 but there's only 2/3 difference from what i've heard.
In the end man i'd advise dropping the idea of a PS3 until they come down in price more in a desperate attempt to sell and when some games come out. Yes, some
I'm hoping to buy a 360 off a friend of a friend who never plays it and is trying to get rid of it cheap. But i can't get in touch to arrange a price, so meh

i <3 my 360
i've been tearing it up on halo 3, NFS:MW, and COD4 lately.
i have PGR4, and the newest NFS game (i forget what it's called ATM).
btw, 360 > ps3.....why? cuz it has more games that are good, and those multi-platform games run better and/or look better on the 360 than the ps3. the only games that seem worth while are MGS4 and the FF games, lol.
