bitchen, vette ran and drove this afternoon. the newish carb we through on it last night really runs great. got a few vacuum leaks to take care of so i have more vacuum pull, but all in all its pretty good. i just need more vacuum for the secondaries on the carb, damn things are vacuum operated on this one.
only downside is now ive got somethinkg clunking around in my front suspension. front tires come off tomarrow evening. hopefully its nothing major.

I concur. But,
Sport cars rock. I love low fast and superior handling.
Trucks are outstanding if it's for a work vehicle - load it down or tow something with it & I'm a happy camper. Dressing one up or jacking it through the roof is just beyond my comprehension.
Mini vans are of the devil.
SUV's I get on my nerves unless you live somewhere that you need a 4 wheel drive because you might get your arse stuck in the snow/mud doing normal life activities.
Bikes are just plain fun.

I told that to my highschool teacher once - "I got your Latin root right here."
She was not amused.
