12-Yr Old Boy Alledgedly Raped By Male Classmate
A fight between an 11-yr old boy and a 12-yr old boy over a ball at John B. Stetson Middle School in Philadelphia, PA has led to the younger boy raping the older one.
"The boy was choking him, threatening him, and then made him get down on the ground and pulled down his pants - over a handball," said the victim’s father Max Rivera. Mom Damaris Rivera is obviously “upset” with the school over the school not having any alarms or cameras on their fire escape, where the rape occurred. The school is investigating. If/when I have kids of my own, I will seriously consider schooling them at home!
On a side note, take a look at shocking things like this happening: Have things like this always happened or is the news media just digging deeper than before? |

Problems like this are certainly not native to one country, and the idea that it is is ingorant. This sort of sick, twisted, sad stuff happens all over the world, and everyone knows it.
I feel for the victim and the accused here. the victim for obvious reasons and the accused because, lets face it, he is a kid, a real messed up kid. How do you think that happened, an I can guarantee you can't blame the media, music, or video games. |

I am not really surprised by any story I read about rape or incent or any kind of sick thing anymore. You got to realize it's the sick world we live in today and it's tragic. Don't worry the world will end soon, and all this won't even matter. Believe me it's coming soon. I agree with the above poster, blaming the media and new and things such as that is another excuse just so you can say "My kid is not messed up!" Sorry people are born that way, others are raised that way we can't really tell the difference anymore. Blaming it on other things, really PISSES me off.

thats not right i think he needs the right help pcyholigist. You dont lock a kid up at that age and say you raiped someone know your doomed for the rest of your life. I think he needs some mental help not jail time. He needs to be homeschooled and go to theropy
