well the final straw was when i went up to visit my friends at my college and go see a concert. But my parents said i wasnt allowed and i went anyway. But they already know i smoke weed. they said i dont respect they r edecisions and dont act like a part of the family. so they said i can live somewhere else.

Hey nuG, I'm so sorry man. It really saddens me to read your post.
Just go appologise to them, and say you'll never do it again and ask for a second chance. That should help a bit, but don't go right now, just give them a few days to miss you first then come back and appologise
And pliz don't test them again. I know it seems sometimes parents suck, & no teenage boy ever grew up without having probs. with their folks (esp. their fathers, sheesh ), but they do really love you and only did what they did for your own good. My guess is, they just wanted to give you a little wake up call, they never relaly intended to hurt you at all.

Agree Sun Walka. I had a similar experiance. If you live under their roof , you gotta respect their rules and it's doesn't matter how old are you. If you don't like it, then move out and it the only way.
I disrepect them couples of time , at 17 I did one that's very disrepectful and they kick me out of the house. I had to sleep in the car one night and sleep at my friend house at the other. So I thought the hardest thing and I did apologized, they cried and said that they didn't want to kick me out but that's the only way they can do to make me relize how much they loved me. Now my relationship got stronger and the closet.

Well, that sux dude. Sometimes the parents lay down the rules because they love ya and it can often be a hard decission to come to grips with that - but it is the honest truth. They are probably hoping that spending a few days on your own will make you realise the hard lesson of obeying them.
No parent wants their kid on the street, give it a few days and then return with a smile and an appology Just make sure you dont have a pipe in your hand at the time!
Even the internet can be a lonley place when you are on your own. Do you have money, food and a job?

although i must say that sucks... i agree with the parents as long as you've completed high school.. or are over the age of 18/19 (perferrably 19)
really, i don't think any parrent should have there children living with them past highschool or the age of 19.... instant boot... i got booted when i finished high school.. and it sure is a hell of alot better

I got kicked out when I was barely seventeen for smoking pot, drinking and stealing a pickup truck, got caught on the Papago reservation harvesting peyote mushrooms and after drinking beer for three days and no water I was pretty parched, I remember having hallucinations and babbling in juvenelle hall and making a huge ass of myself. My mexican friend, Larry Marene Miranda and I snuck out during a smoke break and managed to get as far as Prescott before we were spotted from the air thumbing it to the pot fields on the Kaibab plateau. My father had just returned from duty overseas and was eager to cut my pony tail off and destroyed my triple chambered PVC bong and changed the locks on the door. Took me years to live that one down, and my own kids dont believe it when I show them the pictures...lol.
I slept in old railroad cars for weeks before the Navy recruiter got ahold of my parents and told them I could work a deal with the state and the court and join the military and become less of burden for everyone..lol.
sleeping in a car, oh yes, an old railroad car..lol.

First off, im not 32 and i sure as hell am not overweight Im 18 years old and i do realize that its not like i cant take care of myself. My dad was married by age 19 and had his own house by 22. But we re two completely different people. Anyways, i was going to college, but i had to take a medical leave but i suffer from clinical depresion and after breaking up with the love of my life, i couldnt deal with that, depression, pledging a fraternity and school. So next semester im going to take a few classes at the local community college and ill be back in my school by fall. Im still currently looking for a job. I ve applied so far at Best buy, Circuit city, eb games, pac sun, and two local pizza places. On fri-sun i work nine hours a day on a christmas tree farm, but its seasonal and only lasts a month. So im waitng on calls for a job, but i think some places are hesitant because i ahve dreads. They re really nice dreads though, they are clean and well kept so its not like i look dirty, but some people when they see dreads on a white kid they think drugs or trouble. I dont really think im a bad kid, i just dabble around with weed and alcohol but its not a daily thing. maybe once or twice a week i smoke and i drink way less than that. My friends have all been very supportive for me and thats great. People have offered for me to stay with them but i really dont want to be a burden so im looking for a little apartment somewhere where i can chill. And the concert i went to, was The Hives at websters hall in NYC, and i must say it was an amazing night. They are a great band. I highly recommend them.

Yeah.... were will you sleep? Do you have enough cash? It's good that you have friends that care for you
Depression is becoming a very common thing these days, best thing for you is to lay off the drugs, you probably know this - but hash can increase depression to a much higher level. But for people with the medical condition called depression, feeling very sad or having no interest in activities can go on for a long time. Sometimes, this happens for no apparent reason to people whose lives are going well:
More people suffer from depression than you might think. Depression strikes people of all ages, backgrounds, and ethnic groups. It is estimated that about 20 million adults in the U.S. suffer from depression each year, and that up to 25% of all women and up to 12% of all men in the U.S. will experience an episode of major depression some time in their lives. About 1 out of 6 American adults have depression during their lifetimes.
Depression is not a sign of weakness or a character flaw. It is a medical condition. I too have suffered from it. Best thing buddy is to reduce the hash or stop it completly and concentrate on getting a job and studies - dont want to sound like I am telling you what to do! I just want to see ppl do well.

Thanks guys i really appreciate all your support. Im currentyl taking medication for depression and i just started some new stuff a little more than a week agao and its just now starting to kick in. But the last 3 years of my life i was tkaing medication that wasnt working real well. It would keep me out of a hole but i was still never happy or my self. My phsychiatrist was a moron. At one point i was over medicated and i was actually having tremors where i would shake uncontrollably. He just thought that throwing medication at the problem would fix it. but theres much more to that even though medication is extremely important in the treatment of depression. Anyway, i do try to stay of the alcohol and weed as long as possible. I never do it by myself, its always a social thing. But believe me im doing it alot less than i used to. it was almost daily at one poeint earlier this semester.

...best thing is to find someone you can share the rent with.... please.. do not pick a friend.. pick someone you have very little knowledge of that you wouldn't mind sticking with... perferably the opposite of you in some cases.. this will ensure constant activity.. ( lol )
