Superfast Nasa jet pushes Mach 10
Nasa has flown an unmanned experimental jet to a speed that preliminary data suggested was just short of 10 times the speed of sound - a record.
Mach 9.6," dont ploits pass out here.....looks more like its good to be a hypersonic cruise missile...... A proposal to develop a larger hypersonic vehicle - the X-43C - was scrapped following President Bush's announcement in January that America would revive manned missions to the Moon by 2015 and attempt an expedition to Mars. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/4018117.stm

Mach 10 is in the region of 11,000km/h or 6,800mph for the altitude at which the X43-A was being flown (33km or 111,000ft).

but there is no net force acting on you…
1G (measure of gracvity)= about 9.8 meters per second squared (acceleration)
i think the human body can tolerate about 3G without special flightsuits before passing out

Actually, this is where technology comes into play. Basically, you are worrying about 2 things. The first is all of the blood leaving your head, causing black out. The other is to make sure that the head is properly secured or....you will not feel good .
First of all, they have something called pressure suits, or anti-g suits. These basically compress more and more in the legs and abdomen which forces the blood to go back up to your head. They can usually withstand about 7.5+ Gs.
You are also securly in your seat...that being able to withstand about 50Gs.
But remember too...G-forces, as said before, are from decelerating or accelerating fast...so as long as they are carefull on the throttle.
But as you can see, we have many wonders of modern technology which help out with this...and many more to come.

well the same basic idea has been applied to skyscapers by putting a massive counter weight in the top to prevent the building from swaying so much.... theoretical.... can be applied to absalutely anything in a similare way...
