how does one become a member i guess? i really would like the first sig done for my buddy.

any help would be great...

you would have to show that you are not here just for a signature, to become part of the community. currently your only posts here have been asking for a signature for another forum. although we have no post count limit on requesting a signature we do need evidence that the signature will not get miss-used. i assume they dont have a post count limit to prevent people spamming the forums just to gain enough posts. i wish you luck in your hunt for a signature + a pm with something that may help you.

if you want a sig for you're buddy! then he should request one on this forum he frequents.

but the whole reason for the rules are for forum dedication which we aim to keep it that way.these members are kept busy enough with the requests posted here already,and do not want an increase to these requests for other forums we do not support.

i totally understand that. i'll check this forum out and see if i can help and contribute to it. i'm on many forums and irc. but the forums i'm on don't have sig makers. at least none that i have noticed.

so i will withdraw my requests at this time and see what i can do on this forum. thanks for not totally bashing me

removing the words would be difficult.....that looks kinna like somethign either jufo or fireball would do...maybe if you find who made it, they will have the background image layign around?

wasn't that made by judas a long time ago? he posted similar images in heavenly visions i seem to remember, either that or i have him mixed up with someone. it wasn't me though, so i dont think i can help out, and as pj said it would be quite hard and time consuming to remove the words, and even then its not guaranteed to look nice. hope you find who made it

For those who missed it the one I'd thew that one togeather for battleaxe187 yesterday when he asked me for something ....

It's hard to come up with stuff

what they want to use as a basis and i can work well from that.

agreed, but the basics are enough to make a satisfactory signature i think, and then you can continue to experiment and just build more and more complex signatures.

Thanks for the sig, I have some ideas for it:

Leave the background black

Create a red border that is solid but slightly blurred so it looks like it is glowing

Remove the red text and replace it with the words - Funky Monkey but in a style of text that looks like the Movie Scream or Friday 13th.

Text can be a scratch effect, as if it has been carved or etched into the black background, perhaps with bright red around the text edges.
