Rodney was the last of vaudville that made it through the movie barrier. He admitted to stealing all his jokes from all the greats that played the Catskills and even the dirty smoke filled venues of New York and Chicago. I always found his wit very entertaining, but he took the old "take my wife please" genre to a new level without profanity..

You know, I was just thinking the other night of John Candy and how I don't normally see his movies on TV. I grew up watching both of these guys' movies. Sad indeed.
