global warming is already a problem. And i probably wont be alive for the atmospheric filter to be invented either so it doesnt really matter.

There is evidence that Global Warming may be a natural occuring event. It is just that we have not been around long enough to observe it happening. Many of the large holes in the atmoshpere are shrinking in size... and I doubt it has to do with less cars and factories emitting CO2.
But the cyborg thing does sound great!
