i'm more of a viper SRT-10 turbo person. so seeing a car like that don't make me enthused at all. i like the quad turbo v12. but thats it. looks like any onther italian sports car to me.

it stands for 16 cylinders, not litres
its a W16 engine, aka: 2 <90 degree 8's set in sync on end to eac other creating a W configuration with the pistons

I've seen some pix of the engine on the Chrysler ME 4-12. Looks bad ass. RWD, Rear engine, v-12, 4 turbos. The Caddy 16, i've only seen exterior pix, and i actually did see one the other day (i'm pretty sure at least), and i had no clue about the charger....but from the pic it looks bad ass .

this is from the candian national autoshow here in toronto, my friend took this pic
the car is absolutely nuts in real life, the engine looked like a black diamond inside. if u zoom in u can see Cadillac Sixteen engraved inside. the rims were freakin huge too

now for the charger, this is the former king of american muscle cars in my opinion, this one car i cant wait for the return of. i hope its rear wheel and 365+ hp (or have the option of that). I think they might actually make it since the Magnum came out I heard this will be built on the same platform as the magnum, look at the body even is reminiscent of the Magnum
and actually the charger may look more like this if it comes out in 2006
id like to drift with this!
i hope chrysler goes through with the ME, its actually a german made car thats why the styling is far more sophisticated than typical american super cars. but chrysler is american so its confusing to say what kinda car it really is, i think german since its Daimer-Chrysler.

the Bugatti Veyron had 8.0 litre quad turbo, 16 cyl. "W", just FYI
I like the front and back, but not the sides of this Chrysler.
850 bhp, and only 248mph? I think they need to work on the aero
I'll still take the McLaren F1 I like the styling better, center-seat driving position...
Also don't like Merc engines atm., and 4 turbos ...
damn impressive power for a 6-litre, don't get me wrong.
but I like "real" power better, eg BMW 6-litre V12 non-turbo in the F1
for a top speed just less than the Chrysler, I'm guessing that's where the aero comes into play.
then again, I'd sure like to see this car tested out, just might change my mind!
wanna see how it handles

The Caddy 16 looks bad ass. As for the charger, both look really good, but MHO, is that it's going to look more like the one on the actual photo.
